Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://mooserailharrisville.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Service Description. This Site describes Deck Railing Fabrication, Deck Stair Building, Handrail Installation, Iron Railing Installation, Porch Railing Installation provided by Moose Rail. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Moose Rail (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Moose Rail may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Moose Rail disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Moose Rail arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Moose Rail from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by UT law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in UT for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
